How long does it take to for us to purchase your property?

Closings can occur in as little as 2 weeks but some may take up to 60 days depending on numerous factors. These days we can typically expect to close in less than 20 days. GWLF Properties will make every attempt to close as quickly as possible! We can normally close in-house for properties selling under $3,000, allowing us to buy our properties at a more rapid pace as there isn’t a title company involved. 

Types of properties we purchase.

We typically purchase small infill lots, residential lots, properties in and out of subdivisions, small farms, properties with legal access to road ways, properties with access to county utilities, agricultural tracts, water areas, and small commercial lots.  Properties that have mobile homes attached or personal properties owners can not move are also considered.
